Forging Facility
Our forging facility is fully equipped for converting all type steel into top notch forged products upto 50 kilograms in weight. Our forging facility has a well organized steel bar stacking space. A well designed system for traceability of steel grade which involve color coding and labeling the material as per defined procedures. In house die shop equipped with VMC and lathe machines to handle all the die related requirement of our privileged customers. Forge Shop equipped with three forging hammers and four trimming press Individual oil & gas fired furnace for all hammers and a induction heater.

Inspection
Considering our customers quality requirements, our system is organized & designed in a manner to inspect all the critical fronts that play a vital role for them. At every stage of manufacturing a vigilant inspecting procedure are put in place to eradicate the probability of rejects. Overall finest finish and dimensional accurate is the moto of our quality department. All test reports from the chemical to PDI are maintain and rendered to our customers along with every dispatch.

As per the customers requirement of finish we also manufacture finely finished Forged & CNC machined products.
